Initial report about damages incurred to the main building of Palestine avenir for childhood foundation – cerebral palsy center as a result of Israeli bombardment of a nearby building at al Katiba area in Gaza, on 14/7/2018.
The main building of PACF was exposed to sever damages as a result of Israeli bombardment of a nearby building on the evening of Saturday 14/7/2018. The damages affected all PACF’S facilities and departments were windows and doors crushed and displaced , rehabilitation equipment were damaged, furniture suffered from huge damage, the fore ceiling fill down in three-floors.

It’s worth to mention that the main building of PACF was finished several years ago with generous donation by ANERA were full finish of the building was conducted. Significant portion of those finish works was damaged due the severe bombardment.
In addition ,audiology department which was recently equipped with medical equipment and financed by Welfare association had suffered from huge damage. School of special education had severe damage specially those components financed by Humanity and Inclusion organization such as Library and resources room and educational classrooms.
This incident happened after attendance hours of PACF, otherwise, huge catastrophe would have happened to the staff, cerebral palsied children and other beneficiaries of rehabilitation services visiting PACF’S outpatient departments.
